Return & Refund Policy
At Suwam, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
•Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
•The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•Items that have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
•Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please email us at hey@suwam.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as wrong or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Refunds
•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was incorrect or damaged.
•If you paid with a credit card or online payment gateway, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
•If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the new item you would like to receive in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
•Once the original item is returned and inspected, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost for domestic orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing hey@suwam.com with photos of the damaged product. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
•Personalized or custom orders
•Sale items or final sale products
•Earrings (unless defective)
